  • All in-stock orders, including Hioki products shipped from Hioki UAE stock, are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping

  • We proudly offer international shipping, delivering our high-quality Hioki test and measurement products worldwide.

  • Hioki products are shipped directly from our stock in the United Arab Emirates to ensure prompt delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory considerations, which will be noted on the product page.


Damages and Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim.

  • Retain all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
