Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging—and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email us at hello@industrial-equipment.store. Approved returns should be shipped to our designated returns address in Dubai, UAE. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a prompt resolution.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest solution is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Algeria, Morocco & Tunisia – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The same return conditions apply: items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If you do not see the refund on your account after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@industrial-equipment.store.
